Kevin J. Sgroi, PT
Originally from North Bergen, New Jersey, Physical Therapist Kevin J. Sgroi is founder, owner and head Therapist at Joshua Tree Physical Therapy. Kevin received his Post Baccalaureate of Science at Richard Stockton College in New Jersey and has been in practice for over 16 years. In 2005 Kevin invented the Opposable Thumb, an orthopedic rehabilitation tool used for myofascial trigger point release. Kevin has also proudly served our country in the Marine Corps. To Kevin, physical therapy is more than rehabilitation; it is his passion and his love for people. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys skiing, physical training, and spending time with his family.
Kevin Jacobson (JR)
Kevin or JR as he is known to the staff and patients at Joshua Tree Physical Therapy, can be found any given day working the floor as a technician. Jr. strives to bring laughter and happiness into the patients lives during their visits and believes it to be an important part of the rehabilitation process. He enjoys hunting fishing and spending time in the great outdoors.
Bonnie Burrage
Bonnie has worked at Joshua Tree Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapy Technician and Front Desk Receptionist. She enjoys working in the medical field and is currently going to school to be an RN. She believes in the art of excellent and personal customer service and strives to provide this to each and every patient. She enjoys writing music, snowboarding and working out with her husband Luke at the gym.
Tammy Sears
Tammy is the head of the billing department at Joshua Tree Physical Therapy. She oversees all insurance billing, patient statements and billing inquiries. She is originally from Southern California and loves her new home in the Northwest. She enjoys reading, boating , and spending time with her husband, kids, grandson and her dog, Lizzie.
Sara Landis
Sara is a Certified Massage Therapist at Joshua Tree Physical Therapy. She has spent a lifetime interested in health and wellness and is working towards furthering her education as an R.N. She enjoys spending time with her 3 beautiful children, hiking, snowboarding, and working out.
Laurie Coleman
Laurie is a Licensed Massage Therapist at Joshua Tree Physical Therapy. She is a graduate from Apollo College and is nationally certified. She has been practicing therapeutic massage and continually strives to improve her education and skills. She is originally from Northern California and Moved to Idaho 10 years ago. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, hunting, camping, boating, riding 4 wheelers and nature walks.
Emily Melgaard
Emily works at Joshua Tree Physical Therapy as a physical therapy technician. She has always wanted to work in the medical field helping people and loves the opportunity Joshua Tree has provided for her. She is a nationally certified E.M.T. and is currently in school to finish up her Paramedic degree. She enjoys painting, trying new things.
Frank Allan
Frank is a Licensed Massage Therapist at Joshua Tree Physical therapy and graduated from the American Institute of Clinical Massage. He is nationally certified through NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork), and a Licensed Massage Practitioner in Washington State. He is also a certified personal trainer IART (International Association of Resistance Trainers). He has been practicing therapeutic massage since 2008. Frank has lived in North Idaho since 1992 and enjoys the outdoors with his wife and three kids.
Judy Webster
Judy is a Physical therapy technician at Joshua Tree Physical therapy. She loves working and visiting with the patients. She is married and has five kids. She likes hiking, biking and spending time with her family.
Danielle Douglas
Danielle first began working at Joshua Tree as a Physical therapy technician and administrative assistant. She has worked her way up to her present position as office manager. Danielle is responsible for coordinating office operations and procedures. She believes that with a little tlc and a whole lot of prayer all things are possible. She diligently served our country in the Idaho Army National Guard. When Danielle is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, snowmobiling, and working out.
